Ägare av grundutgåvan av The Outer Worlds stötte på problem när de skulle hämta en utlovad gratisuppgradering till Spacer's Choice Edition på konsoler. Problemen uppstod efter att den ursprungliga versionen togs bort från butikerna i slutet av maj.
