PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk has announced an interim dividend of Rp3.3 trillion, or Rp87 per share, in December 2025 for the 2025 fiscal year. The decision was made in a board meeting on December 4, 2025. The dividend will be distributed to 37,981,233,300 recorded shareholders.
PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) has allocated Rp3.3 trillion for an interim dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The announcement was made by Company Secretary Padwestiana Kristianti via disclosure on December 5, 2025.
"The Board of Directors of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in the Board Meeting on December 4, 2025, decided and approved the distribution of Interim Dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, of Rp87 per share or a total of Rp3,304,367,297,100," stated Padwestiana.
The dividend funds partly come from the company's net profit for the first nine months of 2025, amounting to Rp3.33 trillion. Unrestricted retained earnings stand at Rp3.45 trillion, while total equity is Rp3.35 trillion.
Previously, UNVR distributed a final dividend of Rp47 per share in July 2025, making a total of Rp88 per share, with Rp41 paid on December 6, 2024.
UNVR shares closed at Rp2,770 on December 4, 2025, after dipping to Rp2,700 and rebounding.
The interim dividend schedule includes: Cum Dividend in Regular and Negotiation Markets on December 12, 2025; Ex Dividend on December 15, 2025; Cum Dividend in Cash Market on December 16, 2025; Ex Dividend on December 17, 2025; Record Date December 16, 2025; and payment on December 30, 2025.
This distribution reflects UNVR's commitment to providing returns to shareholders amid solid financial performance.
