Singer Vanessa da Mata took to social media to condemn AI-generated memes recreating scenes from the film White Chicks with players Vinicius Jr. and Erling Haaland.
In a post made on Friday, July 3, 2026, Vanessa da Mata, 50, stated that the content is in bad taste and negative.
She wrote that the memes are “absolutamente de mau gosto” and “bem simbólico do que vivemos nesses últimos momentos”, questioning the lack of creativity and what would happen if the situation were reversed.
The singer also condemned the trivialization of themes linked to sexual violence, citing films that incite fear of rape in a way she considers worrying.
