Yubicos styrelseordförande köper aktier för 5,2 miljoner

Yubicos styrelseordförande Patrik Tigerschiöld har köpt cirka 96 000 aktier i bolaget i två separata transaktioner.

Affärerna uppgår till ett sammanlagt värde av 5,2 miljoner kronor. Köpen genomfördes nyligen enligt uppgifter från bolaget.

Tigerschiöld är ordförande i Yubico, ett svenskt cybersäkerhetsföretag. Transaktionerna har rapporterats offentligt.
