ABC har gett grönt ljus för en pilot till The Rookie: North, en ny spinoff från den populära polisserieen. Jay Ellis, känd från sin roll i Insecure, spelar Alex Holland, en äldre rookie som ansluter till Pierce County Police Department. Projektet är skrivet och regisserat av The Rookie-skaparen Alexi Hawley.
