Acorn TV has renewed the comedic murder mystery series You're Killing Me for a second season. The show stars Brooke Shields as author Allison Chandler. Production on the new season is set to begin later this year.
Acorn TV announced the renewal on May 28. The series is set in Founder's Cove, Maine, and follows Shields' character as she teams up with an aspiring podcaster played by Amalia Williamson to solve a murder. Tom Cavanagh stars as the local police detective Kerrigan. The show was created by Robin Bernheim, who serves as an executive producer alongside Shields and others.
