The announcement was made through a disclosure to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on December 17, 2025, with the recording date set for January 2, 2026, for eligible shareholders.

Of the total dividend, Rp11 trillion is allocated to the Republic of Indonesia as the majority shareholder, while the remainder is distributed proportionally to public shareholders. This distribution is based on BRI's consolidated net profit as of September 30, 2025, which reached Rp41.23 trillion.

BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny stated, “Through this interim dividend payment, it becomes tangible proof of BRI's solid performance and strong business fundamentals, in line with the Company's sustainable growth strategy in supporting the national economy, particularly through strengthening UMKM financing and BRI's ongoing sustainable transformation.” He added, “Additionally, as a state-owned bank, this interim dividend distribution also serves as a real contribution from BRI in supporting national development.”

The distribution process complies with the Limited Liability Company Law, OJK regulations, and the Company's Articles of Association. This step underscores BRI's commitment to delivering value to shareholders while supporting UMKM growth and the national economy.
