Burberry and Hunza G launch limited swimwear collaboration

Burberry has teamed up with swimwear brand Hunza G for a limited-edition collection of bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, skirts and scrunchies. The items feature Hunza G's signature stretch crinkle fabric accented with Burberry's iconic check pattern. Hunza G founder Georgiana Huddart called partnering with Burberry 'one hundred percent a dream.'

The collection draws on shared British heritage and fabric innovation, according to Huddart. Both brands emphasize quality materials, with Hunza G pioneering crinkle fabric in swimwear since its 2015 relaunch by Huddart. She had discussed collaborating with Burberry for about five years, citing its cultural impact during her youth through figures like Victoria Beckham, Oasis and Kate Moss. 'It spans all these moments that define my growing up,' Huddart said. 'It was always there.'

Hunza G will open a two-month pop-up store in London’s Marylebone on Saturday, June 6. The swimwear brand aims to expand its presence in the city while showcasing its recent Burberry collaboration.
