According to the District Administration, 93% of the bills are already available for consultation and download on the official municipal website, with the remainder enabled by the end of January.

To access the discount, users can visit www.cali.gov.co, select 'Printing bills for tax payments,' go to 'Featured procedures,' and search for property tax. By entering the property ID, they can consult and download the bill for online or in-person payment. In-person options include the Taxpayer Attention Center at CAM (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday), though it will temporarily move to Torre de Cali due to remodeling works. The Local Integrated Attention Centers (CALI) are also available, along with WhatsApp at 3209546106 and email at tabuladopredial@cali.gov.co for support.
