Emergency services' duty officer Torbjörn Boklund confirms: "It is a cyclist who has been hit by a truck. The person is loaded and taken to hospital."
Police and emergency services were at the scene to manage the situation. "We are conducting interviews with the truck driver and also with witnesses to the accident," adds Filip Annas. Emergency services leader Ulf Adolfsson comments: "It seems serious, but it's a bit unclear. The patient has been transported to hospital."
