Dino Cazares rules out reunion with former Fear Factory members

Dino Cazares, founder guitarist of Fear Factory, has stated that he will not collaborate with any previous band members. In a recent Facebook post, he emphasized that he has moved forward and closed that chapter permanently. The statement addresses ongoing fan inquiries about potential reunions.

Dino Cazares, the founder and guitarist of the industrial metal band Fear Factory, made a clear declaration on his Facebook page on Saturday, February 28, 2026. He addressed speculation about reuniting with former members, stating that he has no intention of working with them again.

In his post, Cazares wrote: "I don’t hold any hatred toward any former members, but to be clear, I will not be working with them again, I’m sure the feeling is mutual. What’s done is done, and that chapter is permanently closed. I’ve moved forward and remain focused on the present and the future. I sincerely hope they have done the same. Respectfully."

He explained that he continues to respond to such questions because fans persistently ask, noting that some become upset regardless of his answer. Cazares reiterated that he has moved on multiple times but feels compelled to clarify due to fan interest.

This statement comes as Fear Factory prepares for upcoming tour dates in 2026, supporting acts including Mushroomhead and Nine Treasures. The tour schedule begins on October 13, 2026, in New Haven, Connecticut, and includes stops across the United States, such as Portland, Maine; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; and Nashville, Tennessee, concluding on November 11, 2026, in Nashville.

Cazares's comments underscore a focus on the band's current direction without revisiting past lineup changes.
