Disney Parks has introduced the Wetlands, a new outdoor recreation area designed for guests at Lakeshore Lodge in Walt Disney World.
The area will immerse visitors in the natural setting of Bay Lake. It features several themed zones including Heron Shores, Otter Springs, Daydream River and Lakeside Lagoon.
Heron Shores offers imaginative climbing features. Otter Springs provides interactive water elements while Daydream River includes a lazy river experience.
Lakeside Lagoon consists of a zero-entry pool and waterslide. The announcement was made on the Disney Parks blog.
