Íñigo Errejón, the former Sumar deputy facing trial in a separate 2021 sexual assault case brought by Mouliaá (prosecutors seek acquittal), reaffirmed his complaint. It originated from Mouliaá's June 2025 social media posts accusing him of witness extortion. A witness contacted Errejón in October 2024 to dispute her account of a 2021 party. 'This is the second time I've come here for the same reason... I trust justice will hold her accountable for the lies and defamations,' Errejón said to reporters.
The witness, the party host, voluntarily testified in the main assault case, describing Mouliaá as 'very calm, fine, and not drunk,' and stating she planned to leave with Errejón. The judge ordered a forensic examination at Mouliaá's home to assess her fitness to testify.
Context: This follows the March 2026 archiving of a second assault complaint against Errejón by another actress (represented by Mouliaá's lawyer), due to lack of ratification. Madrid's Court of Instruction No. 47 has ordered Errejón to stand trial in Mouliaá's case.
