Fruitas Holdings opens first Cocolab branch in Naga City

Fruitas Holdings launched its new Cocolab beverage brand with the opening of its first branch at SM Naga. The launch highlights the company’s focus on regional cities outside Metro Manila.

The store opened shortly after Naga City marked its charter anniversary and on the birth date of national hero Jose P. Rizal. Fruitas Holdings founder and chief executive Lester Yu said the location was selected to recognize effective local governance under Mayor Leni Robredo.

Yu stated that businesses seek leaders who provide guidance and support rather than direct intervention. Robredo participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony but left early for another commitment.

Cocolab offers variations of buko juice such as Coco Pili Shake, which uses the Pili nut local to the Bicol Region. The brand joins Fruitas Holdings’ portfolio of more than 25 active food and beverage concepts with over 800 stores nationwide.
