Sun Hung Kai Properties released prices for 120 units at Garden Regency on Tuesday while Wheelock Properties prepares its Park Silicon project.

Sun Hung Kai Properties released the price list for 120 units at Garden Regency in Kam Tin North. The flats range from 289 to 412 square feet and are priced between HK$3.93 million and HK$5.88 million with discounts up to 16 per cent. The three-tower project will eventually offer 566 units with one to four bedrooms.

Wheelock Properties is set to launch the first batch of units at Park Silicon in Kwu Tung North. The two-phase development will contain 781 flats in total with layouts from one to three bedrooms.

Several major developers including these two are preparing additional releases this month as price growth is forecast to slow.
