PSI chairman Kaesang Pangarep announced plans for the party's supervisory board to visit grassroots areas at the end of June 2026 during a regional coordination meeting in Palembang.
Kaesang delivered the directive on Friday, June 5 2026 in Palembang, South Sumatra. He stated that the PSI DPP supervisory board would begin visits to Tulang Bawang and Pesawaran regencies in Lampung. Kaesang also permitted PSI cadres from various regions to invite the supervisory board to hold Rakorda meetings to strengthen solidarity ahead of the upcoming election. The meeting was attended by senior politician Rusdi Masse and PSI DPP treasurer Fenty Noverita. On the sidelines of the activities, Kaesang met South Sumatra Governor Herman Deru at The Sultan Convention Center. They watched the Indonesia national team match against Oman, which ended 3-0.
