Tangerang Regency government has issued a reprimand and sanction to Mauk District Secretary initialed MK after he was caught playing a PlayStation game during service hours.
Head of Tangerang Regency BKPSDM Beny Rachmat stated that the violation has been proven to breach PP 94 2021 on Civil Servant Discipline. The Mauk Camat has carried out a summons, clarification, and examination of the employee concerned. Mauk Camat Angga Yuliantono conveyed an apology to the public over the video circulating on social media. He committed to conducting a comprehensive evaluation to improve internal performance. The BKPSDM has provided coaching to all regional apparatus and conducted sudden inspections to prevent similar incidents. The sanction represents the local government's firmness in maintaining civil servant discipline.
