Moonsigil Atlas releases new gameplay teaser trailer

Indie developer Snake Tower Games and publisher Twin Sails Interactive have unveiled a new gameplay trailer for Moonsigil Atlas, a deckbuilding roguelike game. The trailer highlights the game's unique mechanics, including spatial strategy and card customization. A free demo is now available on Steam as part of the platform's Turn-Based Thursday Fest.

Snake Tower Games and Twin Sails Interactive announced a fresh gameplay trailer for Moonsigil Atlas on March 9, 2026. This deckbuilding roguelike emphasizes innovative card mechanics where decks evolve through mutation rather than simple expansion. Players can reshape sigil geometry, inscribe runes, and transform card behaviors to create personalized builds for each run.

Unlike traditional deckbuilders that rely on energy management, Moonsigil Atlas uses physical space as the core resource. Players position sigil-cards on a moon-tile board, triggering effects through adjacency, overlap, and precise placement to form powerful combos. As long as cards fit on the board, there are no limits to how many can be played per turn.

The game promises extensive replayability with three characters offering distinct playstyles, over 200 cards featuring thousands of upgrades and unlockables, and progression that unlocks new tools and routes after each run. Players will confront cosmic challenges, including 40 or more enemies, epic bosses, and the three Astral Titans, by harnessing sigil power.

Visually, the title features hand-painted artwork with cosmic lighting and stylized spellwork, evoking a tactile card game experience. The trailer provides a glimpse into these elements without revealing too much. Concurrently, a free demo launched on Steam during the Turn-Based Thursday Fest, allowing players to test the mechanics firsthand.
