P60 billion returned to PhilHealth

The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. confirmed that P60 billion has been returned to PhilHealth from the National Treasury. The agency said the funds will support efforts to expand and improve healthcare services.

The money is set to be used to enhance benefit packages, strengthen internal systems and improve service delivery. This aims to provide better access to healthcare for members.

Pargas expressed gratitude for the directive to utilize the funds for improved services. He added that PhilHealth is committed to safeguarding public trust through efficient allocation of resources.
