Prime Minister Abiy Says Economic Sovereignty Journey Continues

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed visited the Yo Holding Stone Coal Factory in Gamo Zone. He stated that boosting domestic production affirms economic freedom and sovereignty.

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed said on his social media account that the journey to affirm economic sovereignty by developing natural resources domestically through strong work continues strengthened.

The Yo Holding Stone Coal Factory in Gamo Zone began operations in August 2017 E.C. The prime minister noted that it meets industrial needs with domestic output, reduces imports and creates jobs for local residents.
