Alexandria University’s Council has approved a donation of EGP 1.53 million from Talaat Moustafa Group to support the Aquaphoton team.
The donation aims to strengthen the team’s technical and operational capabilities. It will enable the team to represent Egypt in one of the region’s leading specialised competitions in engineering, innovation, and marine technology.
The group said its support reflects its belief in investing in young talent and linking university education with innovation and practical application. The Aquaphoton team is representing the university in the regional competition for unmanned submarines and marine robots.
This latest initiative forms part of Talaat Moustafa Group’s broader corporate social responsibility strategy focused on education and innovation.
