Traffic diversions in Alameda for flag oath ceremony

On Thursday, July 9, traffic diversions are being implemented in central Santiago due to the Chilean Army's Flag Oath ceremony.

The changes affect circulation on Alameda between Manuel Rodríguez and Mac Iver starting at 7:00 a.m. Both private vehicles and public transport must follow alternative routes.

Carabineros reported the modifications for the official event in front of Plaza de la Ciudadanía and Plaza de la Cultura. Authorities recommend avoiding the area to prevent congestion.

The TransporteInforma site of the Metropolitan Region shared the diversion details along with a map of the affected routes.
