Arady Misr launches AI agent Masri to advance Egypt land market analysis

Building on its January launch of AradyMisr.com, Egypt's first digital land trading platform, Arady Misr for Planning and Project Management has introduced Masri—an AI agent designed to organize and analyze the country's fragmented land market data. Masri shifts the sector toward structured, data-driven insights, empowering landowners, developers, and investors with advanced tools for informed decisions.

Arady Misr's Masri enhances access to land market information and supports investment decisions by analyzing data and producing visual outputs like preliminary architectural concepts, master plans, and promotional visualizations.

Users can compare land opportunities, conduct site analyses, and access evaluation data. Founder and Chairperson Hamed Al-Tahan stated: "The initiative improves market efficiency through greater transparency and structured data."

Co-Founder Karim Al-Tahan highlighted how Masri fills data gaps and refines land opportunity presentations for investors. Chief Technology Officer Ahmed Mahfouz described it as an analytical layer that transforms real-time data into insights on land use, pricing trends, infrastructure, and market dynamics.

The platform offers marketing tools, analytical content generation, and templates for real estate data. Arady Misr views Masri as an initial step in a broader digital ecosystem for land transactions and analysis in Egypt.
