Former WWE star Dakota Kai has shared details of her role training Ronda Rousey and Stephanie McMahon ahead of their WrestleMania 34 match.
Kai traveled to Stamford, Connecticut, to assist with preparations for the mixed tag team bout. Rousey was entering her first professional wrestling match while McMahon was returning to the ring after four years.
"I was practicing before. It was Stephanie and Triple H against Kurt Angle and Ronda for their tag match," Kai told Ring The Belle. She added that McMahon gave her a DDT during the session.
Kai described McMahon as "the sweetest, most loving person" and said she would "forever hold that close to my heart." Rousey and Kurt Angle defeated McMahon and Paul "Triple H" Levesque at the event, with Rousey forcing McMahon to submit.
Kai herself took part in the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal at the same show.
