The 2020 concert film American Utopia, directed by Spike Lee and starring David Byrne, will screen in cinemas for one night only in 4K on August 5.

The film documents Byrne's Broadway production, which ran at New York City's Hudson Theatre from October 2019 to February 2020. It features Byrne performing hits from his Talking Heads and solo career with an 11-person ensemble that danced while carrying instruments on stage. Lee used 11 camera operators to capture the show intimately during its run.
