He stressed that military leadership prepared to protect Ethiopia's sovereignty must understand global, continental, and regional issues to ensure the psychological readiness of the unit.
Lieutenant General Zewdu Belay, commander of the Central Command, noted that the institution trains linear officers in various fields who communicate with technology, increasing their ability to accomplish missions in short time with minimal loss.
