The investigation into home care and home health services in Örebro has been ongoing for more than a year. Problems surfaced in autumn 2024 and spring 2025, leading to two reports to IVO and the launch of an external review. The partial report arrived in June 2025. The final report is now complete and highlights several deficiencies. The investigators note in their analysis that the user is in many cases strangely absent from the interviews.
