Gaeul of IVE to skip 2026 TME Live International Music Awards due to schedule

STARSHIP Entertainment announced that IVE member Gaeul will not attend the 2026 TME Live International Music Awards on August 23.

According to a source close to the agency, Gaeul has a prior personal schedule that could not be adjusted despite efforts by the team. The event is set for Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong, where the group will still perform as a five-member lineup.

The official statement from STARSHIP Entertainment confirmed that An Yu-jin, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, and Leeseo will represent IVE at the awards. Fans are being asked for understanding amid the scheduling conflict.

This marks a rare absence for the popular K-pop act ahead of the major international show.
