Godzilla remaster scheduled for November before GTA VI

A remaster of the 2002 GameCube title Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee is set to release on November 3, 2026. The game will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch 2.

Pipeworks is developing the project, which Atari will publish. New features include an online multiplayer mode, updated graphics, revised unlock systems, and extra single-player story content. The title originally appeared on Nintendo's GameCube in 2002. It features monster combat in retro-futuristic cities and earned a nomination for fighting game of the year at the time. The November 3 date places the remaster a couple of weeks ahead of Grand Theft Auto VI, which is due on November 19. Reports indicate few other major releases have targeted the same month.
