Heat wave arrives in Uppsala County

Summer warmth has returned to Uppsala County. Temperatures are expected to rise sharply over the coming days before cooler air arrives.

SMHI warns of up to 30 degrees in large parts of the country. The heat also affects Uppsala County according to SVT Nyheter.

The coming days are expected to be really warm. An SVT video shows how high temperatures may become during the week.

After the warm period a new batch of cooler air will move into the region.

SMHI has expanded its warning for high temperatures in Sweden. A heat wave is expected to hit as early as Friday with temperatures up to 30 degrees.
