Henrik Rydström reported to become new Hammarby coach

According to reports in Expressen, Henrik Rydström has agreed a contract with Hammarby and plans to join immediately as a replacement for Kalle Karlsson.

Hammarby ended the spring season with three straight losses. The club has, according to Expressen, decided to change coach during the summer break. Expressen presented the information on Thursday. Rydström left Malmö FF in the autumn and had a brief stint with MLS club Columbus Crew. Hammarby has not yet fired Kalle Karlsson, although the personal agreement with Rydström is said to be in place.
