The authority provided three alternative routes: - Ngong - Suswa - Nairobi - Naivasha - Nakuru - Mau Narok - Narok - Nairobi - Naivasha - Longonot - Suswa Drivers were urged to follow directions from police officers and traffic marshals deployed in the area. Continued rainfall has worsened conditions particularly between Naivasha ICD and Suswa Ranch.
