Lindsay Lohan turned 40 on July 2 and used Instagram to look back at her past while declaring she's now grounded in family and purpose.
The Mean Girls star posted a lengthy reflection on July 3, writing she's "grateful for every chapter" that brought her here. She detailed rising to fame fast with hits like Mean Girls and Herbie: Fully Loaded, admitting there was "success, attention, expectation" while she was "learning through experience, through pressure, through mistakes."
Lohan credited marriage to Bader Shammas and motherhood with reshaping what matters most. "I'm no longer searching for who I am, I'm living it," she wrote, adding the next decade feels "more grounded, more intentional, more joyful."
She teased future projects in film and business, insisting the best chapters are still ahead. "Grounded in love, in my family, and the life we're building together," she added.
So… has the wild child era officially closed, or is she just serving a new chapter?
