Maisy Ho Chiu-ha, daughter of the late Hong Kong and Macau tycoon Stanley Ho Hung-sun, died on April 12, 2026, her siblings announced. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family, though no cause of death was given. She was 57.

Siblings Pansy Ho Chiu-king, Daisy Ho Chiu-fung, Josie Ho Chiu-yi and Lawrence Ho Yau-lung disclosed the news in a statement.

“We regretfully share that our beloved sister Maisy Ho passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, surrounded by family,” they said. “We appreciate your condolences and ask for privacy during this difficult time.”

She was one of 17 children of “king of gambling” Stanley Ho Hung-sun, and one of five children from his second wife, Lucina Laam King-ying, who died in 2022.

Maisy Ho served as executive director at the family business Shun Tak Holdings. Pansy Ho, one of Hong Kong's richest people, is the group's executive chairwoman and managing director.

A profile of Maisy Ho on the company’s website, from the 2024 annual report and updated on July 2 last year, listed her age as 57.
