norda releases 005 trail runner Laser and Comet colorways

On the one-year anniversary of its debut, norda has introduced two new colorways for its 005 trail racing shoe: Laser and Comet. These variants are part of the SS26 KALEDISCOPIC collection and draw inspiration from 1980s Group B rally racing. They are available now for $325 USD.

norda marked the one-year anniversary of its 005 trail racing shoe with the launch of two new colorways, Laser and Comet, as part of the SS26 KALEDISCOPIC collection. Both maintain the model's ultralight, plateless architecture and close-to-the-earth feel, inspired by the speed and danger of 1980s Group B rally racing. They can be purchased now at norda run for an MSRP of $325 USD, with SKU details to be confirmed (TBC). The Laser colorway features a crisp white base accented by hot red, black piping, and subtle gold dashes, evoking off-road swiftness. In contrast, Comet revives the light grey Neve shade from the original debut, disrupted by a dark midfoot lace loop and a bright pink flash through the middle. The upper uses bio-circular Dyneema, a fiber up to 15 times stronger than steel for maximum breathability. For the first time, livery-inspired branding highlights proprietary technologies like the Arnitel TPEE midsole foam and Dyneema composition. The norda Fit Lock System pairs with a perforated micro-suede tongue and bio-circular Dyneema laces, which offer four times the strength of standard laces. The outsole employs Vibram Megagrip Elite and Litebase with varying lug heights for technical terrain, reducing weight by 30 percent.
