The West Java PPP Regional Leadership Council held Mid-Level Cadre Leadership Training (LKKM) from December 12-14, 2025, in Bandung. The event involved 100 top cadres selected from thousands of prior participants. It aims to strengthen the party's ideology and cadre militancy.
The West Java Branch Leadership Council (DPW) of the United Development Party (PPP) organized the Mid-Level Cadre Leadership Training (LKKM) over three days, from Friday to Sunday, December 12-14, 2025. This initiative forms part of efforts to build the capacity of mid-level cadres, enhancing their roles within the party and society.
Zaini Shofari, Secretary of DPW PPP West Java and also Chairman of the PPP Faction in the West Java Provincial DPRD, explained that the 100 LKKM participants were rigorously selected from about 3,000 cadres who completed the Basic Cadre Leadership Training (LKKD) across 27 regencies and cities in West Java. "These LKKM participants are prepared as party drivers capable of fulfilling strategic roles, both in society, organizations, and party structures," Zaini stated in Bandung on December 12, 2025.
The training focuses on strengthening ideology-based leadership, organizational solidarity, and skills to analyze social and political dynamics. Zaini added, "LKKM is not just formal training but a cadre development process that prepares party leaders who are integrous, responsive, and ready to serve the community."
Topics covered include PPP ideology, transformational leadership, political communication, organizational strategies, and community service. The program is delivered interactively through discussions, simulations, and case studies. Through this, DPW PPP West Java hopes to produce loyal cadres who act as agents of change and drivers of the party's struggles in their regions. "The goal is clear: to create ideological cadres who are militant and ready to serve," Zaini said.
