Riley Green releases 'Think as You Drunk' music video

Country singer Riley Green has unveiled the official music video for his single “Think as You Drunk.” The Wes Edwards-directed clip stars Green’s corgi Carl and was filmed in part at his Duck Blind bar in Nashville.

In the video, a progressively inebriated Green confuses his dog for the bartender, performs awkward dance moves, and rides a lawn mower to visit an unhappy girlfriend. A police officer eventually pulls him over before releasing him back to the bar to finish performing.

The footage also shows Green on stage and includes a nod to the late Toby Keith, whose 2005 song “As Good as I Once Was” is sampled at the end. Green wrote “Think as You Drunk” in 20 minutes with Erik Dylan, Wyatt McCubbin, and Jessi Alexander.

The track appears on Green’s upcoming album That’s Just Me, scheduled for release on Sept. 18. In a recent Billboard interview, Green described the song as a tribute to Keith’s rowdy style and noted that Keith’s family approved the use of his vocal.
