Salem releases first album in six years

The witch house act Salem has issued a new album titled Red Dragon. The double-length release arrived with little advance notice.

The record runs nearly two hours across 31 tracks. It mixes unreleased archival material with several new songs. One of those new tracks, the title song, includes vocals from founding member Heather Marlatt, who departed before the previous album in 2020.
