Snow Patrol and Kylie Minogue release 'These Alarms' single

Snow Patrol have released a new single with Kylie Minogue titled 'These Alarms'. The track coincides with stage time announcements for the band's upcoming show at Crystal Palace Park.

Snow Patrol and Kylie Minogue released the single 'These Alarms' on July 1. The song features intertwined vocals from Minogue and Snow Patrol frontman Gary Lightbody over pulsating synths.

Lightbody wrote the track two years ago with Minogue in mind. The band held it back from their album 'The Forest Is The Path' until she agreed to collaborate.

Minogue called the story behind the song irresistible and said it was a total honour to be invited into the band's world.

Snow Patrol are scheduled to perform at Crystal Palace Park in London on July 3. Stage times include Nieve Ella at 3pm BST, The Amazons at 4pm, Amy MacDonald at 5:15pm, Editors at 6:30pm and Snow Patrol at 8:20pm.

Further shows are set for Ludlow Castle on July 16, Edinburgh Castle on July 18 and Splendour Festival in Nottingham on July 19.
