UK Trade Secretary Peter Kyle hosted a Chinese delegation on Tuesday to launch a new initiative aimed at increasing British services exports to China.

Brompton Bikes and HSBC attended from the UK side. JD.com and ICBC Bank represented China.

Kyle said: “The UK is a services superpower, and I want us to turbocharge our services exports and get more British engineers, architects, and accountants exporting their skills to China.” He added that more ambition was needed for secure growth amid global uncertainty.
