Noemí Perdomo Dizú, alias ‘Karla’, and three members of the dissident front ‘Hernando González Acosta’ were sentenced to five years and three months in prison in Neiva. The ruling stemmed from a pre-agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office for aggravated conspiracy to commit crimes, linked to terrorism, extortion, and territorial control in Huila. The judge confirmed their responsibility for activities that endangered public safety.
The Third Specialized Criminal Judge of Neiva with Knowledge Function sentenced Noemí Perdomo Dizú (alias ‘Karla’), Cristian Andrés Cortés Quiñones (alias ‘Negro Alex’), Danny Emilson Cañizalez Ruiz (alias ‘Danny’), and Leidy Viviana Golondrino Meneses (alias ‘Yarli’). They belong to the ‘Hernando González Acosta’ front of the ‘Isaías Pardo’ block, led by Néstor Gregorio Vera (alias ‘Iván Mordisco’).
Perdomo coordinated the motorcycle-bomb attack in La Plata, which killed two and injured 31, along with extortions and homicides. Cortés was the leader handling mobilizations; Golondrino managed communications; and Cañizalez secured logistics. The Prosecutor’s Office started the investigation in July 2025 after reports of presence in municipalities like La Plata, Tesalia, and Neiva, with captures in October 2025.
“Their concertation aimed at perpetrating homicides, terrorism, kidnapping, and extortion,” the judge stated. The pre-agreement reduced the sentence to five years and three months in prison, plus a fine of 1,749.99 minimum monthly wages. The prosecutor noted the front continues intimidating communities.
The judge emphasized that evidence and acceptance of charges rebut the presumption of innocence, confirming roles in territorial control with weapons, uniforms, and propaganda.
