Andy Park unveils Avengers Doomsday concept art

Former Marvel Studios visual development director Andy Park shared new concept art for Avengers Doomsday this weekend. The illustration provides the first official look at several characters, including Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom.

Park posted the artwork on Instagram and X, noting that it was the final full film he led as director of visual development before layoffs at the studio in April.

"Avengers Doomsday was the final full film I had the opportunity to lead as Director of Visual Development at Marvel Studios," he wrote. "It was truly an honor."

The image reveals the Doctor Doom mask along with returning X-Men characters such as Beast, Nightcrawler and Mystique. It also features Steve Rogers and other heroes from the film's large cast.

Avengers Doomsday is scheduled to premiere on Dec. 18.
