"It involves three cars that have collided. The police are there directing traffic," said Elvira Molin, alarm and control operator for the rescue service.
According to Trafikverket, traffic was heavily affected by the accident. The rescue service described the situation as "quite a lot of queueing." An ambulance was called to the scene, but no one was transported to the hospital.
The incident caused major disruptions to local traffic flow during the afternoon.
