DDA offers 25 per cent discount on Narela flats

The Delhi Development Authority has announced a 25 per cent discount on 1,200 ready-to-move flats in Narela under a new scheme aimed at government employees and corporate professionals.

The Delhi Development Authority announced the discount on Wednesday. The new scheme, called Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, is targeted at serving and retired government employees as well as professionals from the corporate, business and entrepreneurial sectors.

Registrations under the scheme are scheduled to start from Friday. The move is part of ongoing efforts by the DDA to offload its housing inventory in Narela, where the agency has faced challenges in finding buyers for several years.

The flats are described as ready-to-move units located in North Delhi’s Narela area.
