Der Teddybar, a gift shop in EPCOT’s Germany Pavilion, has reopened after a six-year closure that began in 2020. The store now operates from park opening to closing and offers German-themed souvenirs. Visitors can purchase items including Steiff teddy bears and Disney princess merchandise.
The reopening marks the end of a prolonged shutdown at Walt Disney World Resort. Der Teddybar had remained closed while many other affected spots resumed operations. It briefly served as a meet-and-greet location last year during VIPassholder Summer Days.
The shop features wooden decorations, German band figures, and a range of plush animals. Merchandise includes Rapunzel and Snow White items along with Haribo candies and other German treats.
Annual passholders had limited access during the prior event, but the space now functions fully as a retail outlet. The store emphasizes German souvenirs and Disney collectibles.
