Survivors and family members have filed lawsuits against a truck driver accused of causing a fatal pileup on an Ohio highway last month. The crash killed three members of one family and injured others.
On April 11, truck driver Modou Ngom allegedly failed to stop for backup traffic in a construction zone on Interstate 71 near the Tanger Outlets Columbus mall. The resulting chain-reaction crash involved nine vehicles and killed Luke Soposki, 37, Lynnea Soposki, 36, and their one-year-old son Logan Soposki. Several others suffered injuries, some serious but not life-threatening.
