Men only join annual vegan walk between Falun and Borlänge

The annual vegan walk between Falun and Borlänge takes place on Saturday July 18 starting at 09.30.

Organizer Magnus Sälgström says the walk aims to counter the prejudice about the typical vegan. Only men take part in the event that begins at the ski jumps on Lugnet.

The route follows scenic paths along Runn to Ornässtugan where a coffee stop and possibly a swim await. The walk then continues to the finish at Kupolen in Borlänge.

The walk is a demonstration for animals with the message that real men stand up for the weak.
