Polda Metro Jaya is providing the mobile SIM renewal service on Monday July 20 2026 at five locations across DKI Jakarta for SIM A and SIM C extensions.
The service is available at Mall Grand Cakung in East Jakarta, LTC Glodok in West Jakarta, Kampus Trilogi Kalibata in South Jakarta, Mall Artha Gading in North Jakarta, and Kantor Pos Lapangan Banteng in Central Jakarta.
Applicants must bring original and photocopy of ID card, valid original SIM, health certificate, and psychology test proof. Renewal fees are Rp80 thousand for SIM A and Rp75 thousand for SIM C.
Similar services are offered in Bogor at Mall BTM and Mall Jambu Dua from 08.00-10.00 WIB, in Bekasi at Burger King Harapan Indah from 08.00-10.00 WIB, and in Bandung at Tenth Avenue Jalan Soekarno Hatta and ITC Kebon Kelapa from 09.00-12.00 WIB.
