2025年,人工智能正悄然改变中国人的日常生活,从智能家居到可穿戴设备,再到语音购物。京东和阿里巴巴的高管强调,消费者需求激增,AI功能已成为许多产品的必备要素。专家认为,这标志着智能生活从概念转向主流应用。

人工智能正从屏幕互动转向日常生活的常驻伙伴,在智能手机、可穿戴设备、家居电器中感知情境、预测需求并自主行动。京东首席执行官徐蕾在达沃斯世界经济论坛上表示,2025年将是AI消费的关键一年,平台上AI相关搜索量激增近100倍。调研显示,近半受访者认为AI功能是产品必备。

徐蕾强调:“人工智能已成为许多产品的基准要求。”中国新经济研究院创始理事长朱克力指出,这一趋势源于技术成熟、需求上升和产业协作,消费者对便利、个性化体验的期待加速了AI技术的现实应用。

在家场景中,基于用户数据的智能家居系统学习习惯,自动调整灯光、温度和日常流程。COLMO品牌的AI管家系统示例:用户说“我回来了”,客厅温度设为26摄氏度,启动加湿和空气净化,调节窗帘和灯光;说“我要开始做饭”,蒸汽烤箱预热,油烟机低档运转,洗碗机预冲洗,厨房灯光调暗。COLMO代表称,全屋智能正转向场景化整合和主动智能,行业迎来爆发增长。

外出时,AI眼镜提供导航、翻译和免提记录,直接投射到视野中。一位Rokid AI眼镜购买者在小红书分享:“它让我随时从第一人称捕捉生活瞬间,真是真正的免提体验。”工业和信息化部副部长张云明透露,2025年前三季度智能眼镜出货量超178万台,近80%为AI设备。京东数据显示,智能眼镜销量同比增十倍。国际数据公司预测,2026年中国智能眼镜将迎来大众普及转折点。

购物方面,阿里巴巴的Qwen应用与淘宝、支付宝整合,用户语音命令如“点一杯奶茶”,即可匹配商家、确认支付,无需切换应用。阿里巴巴副总裁吴佳表示,AI正获得在现实世界行动的能力:“我们将逐步推进,让Qwen成为最能干的人机助手。”

朱克力补充,AI产品将从高端创新和大众升级两端驱动消费增长。去年底,工信部等六部门发布行动计划,强调AI赋能消费品供给需求对接。中国企业在全球扩张,如Rokid加速亚洲和欧洲零售网络。朱克力认为,中国AI硬件全球竞争力强,得益于成熟产业链。
