Taylor Frankie Paul hit back on Instagram after her ex-husband Tate filed for a temporary restraining order in Utah court last month. The filing was denied, but the drama rages on.
The 32-year-old "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star posted a tearful message claiming she spent the day crying after her two older kids, Indy and Ocean, were withheld from her. She accused their dad of lying about extending their time together for fireworks, leaving the children confused.
Taylor also addressed her recent voluntary rehab stay for mental health support, saying it led to her kids being taken away. She added she tested clean aside from prescription meds and hopes the courts see the truth.
Tate, 34, also petitioned to modify their divorce and custody terms. Meanwhile, Taylor has mutual protective orders with another ex, Dakota Mortensen, from April.
So… is this custody battle just heating up?
